Drakes was a straight forward refurbishment of the kitchens of this Michelin star restaurant in Ripley, Surrey, including a new commercial unit and ventilation system.  We only had three weeks in which to complete the project and even with adverse weather conditions experienced during January 2010, we completed on time allowing the restaurant to open as planned.
