Project Description

Complete renovation of a Grade II listed building that was previously used as local authority offices to provide a substantial dwelling and self contained office suite. Every room was extensively renovated. The original registry office room used for many marriages was converted into a large kitchen diner. Other reception rooms and bedrooms (one with ensuite) were adapted and converted into a beautiful family home. A new staircase to match the existing was joinery made and installed from the second floor right up to the flat parapet roof. It was here that we formed the summer house which led out onto a roof terrace with decking, modern balustrades and stunning views across Petersfield town.
