The Eastgate House project consisted of a new build Penthouse to the top of a five storey old paper mill, overlooking the West Quay docks of Southampton. The Penthouse itself was a 3 bedroom property, with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), fully fitted kitchen and large terrace to enjoy the spectacular views over the docks.
