The Eastgate House project consisted of a new build Penthouse to the top of a five storey old paper mill, overlooking the West Quay docks of Southampton. The Penthouse itself was a 3 bedroom property, with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), fully fitted kitchen and large terrace to enjoy the spectacular views over the docks.

We have two dogs that work full time for Agincourt.  Ralph is a British Bulldog who joined the company in the summer of 2009 at the tender age of 3. Freddy is a little more experienced within the team as he joined the office when only 5  months old in 2008, so spent some time showing Ralph the ropes.

  • Bramshott and Liphook Parish council wish to establish a Heritage Centre on the first floor of the Liphook Millennium Centre.  The Liphook Millennium Centre is owned by the Parish Council.  Part of the building is leased to the local Scouts and Guides and part to the Police (Hampshire Constabulary), the latter being situated on the ground floor below the proposed Heritage Centre.
    The Heritage Centre is to be constructed by the Parish Council and then operated by the Bramshott and Liphook Preservation Society.  The project has been agreed by the Parish Council and Agincourt are pleased to have secured the contract.
